Minimum Orders
The minimum purchase is any mix of 12 bottles of wines and/or spirits. Orders for less than 12 bottles are treated as a gift with the option of selecting 1,2,3 and 6 bottle gift packs. Being sold independently of the usual 12 bottle cases, these gift packs do incur a delivery charge.
Delivery Times and Costs
Majestic Wine are unique in that they are the only online wine retailer operating a free delivery service of a case of wine throughout mainland UK. Delivery at a pre-arranged time to suit the customer is usually within a few days of ordering, with a maximum of 7 days, including weekends and evenings. Once orders have been placed, Majestic will send details to the store nearest to your delivery address, who will contact the customer within 24 hours to confirm the order and to arrange specific delivery details. Most deliveries arrive in the Majestic white vans. However, should a customer be more than 30 miles from a store, then wine is delivered via courier service. Whilst UK customers enjoy free delivery, deliveries destined for the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man and Isle of Scilly incur a £5.00 charge per case. No international deliveries are undertaken.
