		<description>I&#039;ve tried this wine twice and i&#039;ve found that temperature was critical to it&#039;s texture.
I&#039;ve found that at a warmer temperature than i most often drink red wine, it has an almost creamy texture with a fantastic burning sensation. While drinking, i often leave it poised on my tounge, mouth closed, for an entire minute at least before swishing for a taste at warmer temperature.</description>

		<description>My wife Jan and I have just had a bottle with our supper.  I totally disagree with the comments made by the person above. It is one of the best red wines I have tasted in a long time.  Suggest previous person sticks with lighter bodied wines.</description>
